This window contains all of the drawing tools that you use with the Icon Element Editor. The color boxes near the bottom are your forecolor and background color selectors. The popup menu above that allows you to select which type of color picker you want you use.
The box and text fileds at the bottom will display the color under your mouse as you move it inside an Icon Element editing window.
